Holiday Description
Casa Tania is a superb, very comfortable, modern villa built into the hillside in the tranquil countryside between Nerja and Frigiliana. There are wonderful views across the valley and down to the sea from its terraces, a delightful swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with ladder) and lawned garden, as well as spacious rooms and fine amenities. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating (included in the price) whilst the house has been furnished and decorated in a very tasteful style, making this villa an excellent choice for a superior holiday home in superb countryside, that is sure to delight all guests.
The shops and restaurants of historic Frigiliana, as well as the beaches and many amenities of Nerja, are easily reached in 6 and 12 min drive respectively, but Casa Tania is the type of house you will want to spend lots of time in, enjoying the views, privacy and space.
Two storeys. The large outdoor dining terrace leads into a spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and picture windows with views to the sea. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/mini oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. One twin and one double bedroom, each with their own shower/WC on the ground floor. Upstairs is a huge master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with spa bath, and a balcony. Steps lead down from the terrace to a BBQ and shaded dining area, and then onto the lawned garden and private pool. Air-conditioning/heating in all bedrooms included in the price.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day (except between 24 July- 27 August 2010, when Saturday arrivals only)
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
