This beautiful new villa occupies an elevated position in a sought-after, quiet residential area 3 km from Nerja and 3 km from the village of Frigiliana. La Parra Grande commands breathtaking views from a large terrace with private pool (8m x 3m, depth 1m to 2m with roman steps) and is luxuriously equipped for a family holiday. Ideal for entertaining or just relaxing, this villa has a large kitchen and living areas with all mod cons, including air- conditioning, underfloor heating, satellite television and wireless broadband internet access. Terraces to front and rear include a BBQ area. There are several good restaurants in the lovely nearby historic village of Frigiliana, whilst Nerja itself offers a wide variety of amenities. One storey. Private driveway and electric gate lead to extensive sun terraces, covered dining area and private garage. Front door leads to spacious hallway and substantial open-plan kitchen with induction hob, microwave, double oven, American style fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and TV. Utility room with washing machine, fridge and freezer, and dining area with patio doors to front terrace. Large lounge with TV, DVD and woodburning stove is adjacent, also with doors to front terrace and pool area. Hallway leads to 4 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all with ensuite bathrooms with baths and walk in showers. Further bedroom with bunk beds. The main bedroom has super kingsize bed, large bathroom and double doors leading to front terrace with views of the coast.
